This class promises to be a fun journey into the deeply transformative practices of ancient China. Together we'll explore special practices for increasing health, well being, energy, vitality, relaxation, mind concentration, and reducing stress, tension, fatigue and burnout. We will also cover practices for energetic and spiritual cultivation. In the class setting, we'll have time to develop our training in a way that is simply not possible in a single workshop. The weekly format will provide group momentum and support, a forum to ask questions, as well as better ongoing instruction. The three months of training will enable us to dive deeper into the theories behind energetic cultivation, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). For everyone, this class will provide tools for dealing with low energy, brain fog, stress, the accumulation of negative emotions or other negative states, as well as increasing health, energy, rejuvenation, relaxation, and energetic perception. For anyone interested in energetic healing, this class will provide a solid foundation for understanding and more importantly, working with and feeling, the energy that sustains life and health.
