Retreat Outline

This retreat, held at Mantak Chia's resort in Chiang Mai, will feature

  • 10 night stay in a garden setting air-conditioned room
  • Exquisite healthy Cuisine based on Blood Type
    • Enjoy 3 meals a day
    • Bountiful buffet style
  • Certification courses in
    • Thai Massage (more information coming)
    • Medical Qigong (40 hours of certification, CEU's)
  • Swimming Pool, Ping Pong, Tennis, Basketball, Fitness Gym, Jogging Paths, Theater, and Internet
